I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with areas of focus in trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD, and ADHD. Part of the work we do will focus on the nervous system's role in the symptoms you experience which impact your quality of life, while also looking at how your beliefs, values and perspectives contribute to ongoing challenges in your relationships with others. I am a certified trauma professional, level 2 (CCTPII), certified ADHD services provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a certified clinical anxiety treatment professional (CCATP).
